Meditation At Night

Freinds this is very great technique as you don't have to take out the time especially for Meditation if your day schedule is busy.

At night while going to sleep calm your mind by following below steps.

First take deep breaths and exhale slowly and think that you are releasing all the resistance and the stiffness of the body with exhaling air, this will make your body relax.

Now relax your each of your body part starting from feet to head or head to feet by saying that:
My foot is relaxed my legs are relaxed, stomach, spinal and so on.

By this time you should always concentrate on your breath if any thoughts come in say cancel and concentrate on your breath no thoughts should come between this.

After relaxing your body imagine a place were you feel very relaxed it can be a garden, seashore or whaterver, think of the place where you have been and it feeled wonderful to you.

Do this with few breaths. Then count from 10 to 1 and see the no in your mind. This will take you to blank state of mind and this blank state of mind can be programmed.

If you want your dream car start visualization as if it is with you feel the happiness and the excitement of driving your car feel like its already yours.

This will attract your dream car to you. This would not be a week achievement i mean to say it may take some time to see results.
